MOS: 79T5M UNIT LOCATION: Rec & Ret BN Lansing, MI 48906

Duty in: Statewide

POSITION GRADE/SALARY:
E8/1SG
AREAS OF CONSIDERATION: Open to Soldiers in the grade/rank of E8/MSG currently serving in the Michigan Army National Guard AGR Title 32 program.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
1. Must have been awarded the MOS 79T.
2. Must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance.
3. Physical Health Assessment (PHA) must be a status of ‘green’ in MEDPROS and within 15 months of closing date of this advertisement.
4. Must meet the weight standards IAW AR 600-9 within 8 months of closing date.
5. Must have passed the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) within 8 months of closing date.
6. Must complete the U.S. Army First Sergeants Course (FSC) within one year of appointment.

2. Statement from commander/authorized representative indicating applicant is not under current suspension of favorable actions, signed within 30 days of closing date. Units will ensure that UPS is updated with current APFT and Weight information prior to completing memorandum.

5. Copy of Individual Personnel Qualification Record (GPFR-1790).
6. Copy of MEDPROS Individual Medical Record (IMR) screen dated within 30 days of closing date of advertisement.
7. Letter of recommendation.

9. Copy of UPS/CMS screen shot of APFT and Height/Weight information.
10. Copy of Body Fat Content Worksheet, DA Form 5500 (Male) or DA Form 5501 (Female), if applicable.
11. Copy of temporary/permanent profiles (DA Form 3349), if applicable.
